The dust protection lid is very good helps to keep the keyboard clean.typing is fun.

'+ve:
* no complains about the physical quality and features; it is very premium and silent
* software is good; allows lot of customization
* connectivity is good
-ve:
* if you are coding you will find it annoying since [ins/del|home/end] are not in standard full keyboard layout
* i did not realize the importance of these keys when i decided to buy; i have remapped the keys and made a bit comfortable layout
* the arrow keys are lower than the standard last row, puts too much strain on wrist
I strongly recommend 104 key or TKL keyboard for coders or any productivity work, having dedicated keys helps a lot
@kreo please consider offering a standard full size keyboard (104 keys) and a TKL keyboard'

What type of switches are used on the Kreo Swarm keyboard?
The Swarm uses Huano Speed Yellow/ GTMX Sense pre-lubricated switches that deliver smooth and a premium typing experience with reduced friction and consistent performance right out of the box.
Does Swarm Support N Key Rollover and Anti Ghosting?
Yes it supports NKR in 2.4G and wired mode but upto 6 Key Rollover in BT mode (BT HID limitations).
What's the polling rate in different modes?
USB-C (wired): 1 000 Hz (1 ms) – fixed
2.4 GHz dongle: 1 000 Hz (1 ms) – fixed
Bluetooth 5.0 (direct): 125 Hz* (≈7–8 ms) – protocol-limited
How many devices can I connect at a time?
You can connect 3 devices at a time by holding fn+1/2/3 keys and then swap between devices using fn+1/2/3.
How do I factory reset if my custom settings get messed up?
Simply hold Fn + Esc for a few seconds to restore all factory defaults, including RGB settings and key mappings.
Does Swarm have an on board memory?
Yes — Swarm includes on-board flash memory that saves your lighting, key remaps, and macros so they persist on any device.
