General
- Kreo provides warranty service only for products that are within their applicable warranty period, as specified on the product packaging and on our warranty guidelines page. Once the applicable warranty period expires, Kreo does not offer paid repair, servicing, or rectification of products. Customers are encouraged to refer to the product user manual and care instructions to maximise product life.
- Within the warranty period, Kreo reserves the right to decline a claim where the model is no longer in production and replacement spares or equivalent components are not available. In such cases, an equivalent product replacement may be offered at Kreo's sole discretion, subject to stock availability.
- Where a warranty claim results in the replacement of a defective component, Kreo retains the replaced part for environmentally responsible disposal and e-waste recycling.
- The customer confirms that the description of the fault submitted with any warranty claim is accurate and complete to the best of their knowledge. Kreo shall not be held responsible for the non-resolution of faults that were not specifically declared or identified at the time the warranty claim was raised.
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this warranty or its performance shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
- Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
- Your use of this website, and any dispute arising out of such use, is governed by the laws of India.
