In the event that you face any issues with your Kreo product, please contact us, and we will be delighted to help you.
This limited warranty is restricted strictly to the territorial boundaries of India and confers specific rights and remedies with regard to Kreo products. Please read this document carefully. By making a claim under this Limited Warranty, it will be deemed that you have understood and accepted all its terms and conditions.
- The terms of the warranty are subject to change from time to time without prior notice to customers, based on market trends and management resolutions.
- The warranty services are limited to repair or replacement of the product and are at the sole discretion of Kreo.
- You can register a warranty service request via the Contact Us page or WhatsApp, and our customer service team will contact you to troubleshoot the issue.
Scope of Warranty
- The warranty is limited to manufacturing or workmanship defects in the product(s).
- The warranty does not cover accessories and consumables, such as ball heads, pop filters, phone mounts, chargers, batteries, desk mounts, cables, converters, and other mountings.
- In the event of repairs or replacement of any part(s) during the warranty period, the warranty for the product(s) shall continue only for the unexpired balance period of the original warranty.
Important Guidelines
- Kreo warranty coverage is limited only to providing repairs and rectification of reported faults.
- If a replacement is provided, it will be done with an equivalent-condition device, with or without packaging and accessories.
- Video or photo proofs of the issue are mandatory and must be provided by the customer before processing any warranty claim.
- If the issue cannot be resolved over phone or email, Kreo will arrange to pick up the device from your address for repair or replacement.
- In case of non-availability of a reverse-pickup facility at your location, Kreo may request you to self-ship the product to our warehouse and share the tracking details with the customer service team.
- Kreo will not be responsible for any loss or damage during transit if you self-ship the product.
- For product replacement within the warranty period:
- If the product is out of stock or discontinued, an upgraded model of equivalent price will be offered.
- Customers will not be eligible for a gift card or refund, and the warranty will continue based on the original product's purchase date.
- While Kreo will make every effort to repair or replace the product at the earliest, it is important to note that no specific timeframe is guaranteed for the completion of these services.
By adhering to these guidelines, Kreo ensures a streamlined and fair warranty experience for its valued customers.
Warranty is not applicable in the following cases

Improper Operation:
- The product is not operated according to the instructions provided in the instruction manual.

Physical Damage:
- The product is physically damaged, including but not limited to cracks, dents, or other visible damages.

Unauthorized Repairs or Damage:
- Repairs carried out by unauthorized persons.
- Damage caused by house pests, pets, or rodents.
- Damage due to accidental or incidental events, such as:
- Spillage of liquids on the device.
- Extreme temperatures or adverse atmospheric conditions.
- Waterlogging or exposure to moisture.
- Use of a non-specified charger.
- Breaking or cutting of wires.

Improper or Reckless Use:
- Improper handling or reckless use of the product.
- Defects caused by external factors beyond control, including but not limited to: Lightning, abnormal voltage fluctuations, or Acts of God.

Unauthorized Accessories:
- Any damage arising from the use of non-authorized accessories or accessories other than those supplied by Kreo.

Types of Warranty
- 7 Days Replacement Period (Includes Dead on arrival (DOA))
- Users should raise a complaint through the Contact Us page or via WhatsApp. The support team will get in touch for further details.
- Once the complaint is confirmed, the support team will arrange for product collection from your location within 3 days.
- Users must ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories, and in brand-new condition.
- Under Warranty(UW)
- The warranty duration for each product is mentioned on the product box/packaging.
- During the warranty period, users can have their products serviced or repaired for any defects by the support team.
- Any issues during this period will be addressed as per the warranty terms specified.
- Out of Warranty(OOW)
- Once the warranty duration expires, users can still have their products repaired for defects, but charges will apply.
