Warranty Guidelines

  • This warranty applies only within India.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship flaws.
  • Warranty does not cover accessories and consumables (e.g., chargers, batteries, cables, pop filters, desk mounts).
  • Services include repair or replacement at Kreo’s discretion.
  • Warranty claims must be submitted with video or photo proof of the issue.

Claim Process

  • File a claim via the Contact Us page or WhatsApp.
  • If the issue is confirmed, Kreo will arrange for a pickup.
  • If pickup is unavailable in your area, you may need to self-ship the product.
  • For replacements, if the product is out of stock, an equivalent model will be provided.

Wrong Product Claim & Missing Parts Claim

To ensure fair and transparent resolution of product-related claims, we require customers to follow the guidelines below when reporting wrong, damaged, or missing items purchased from our website.

Unboxing Video Requirement**

  • Customers must record a clear unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is shown until the product is fully unboxed.
  • The video should capture:
    • The outer package with visible shipping label.
    • The unsealing process (no cuts or edits).
    • The product and all included parts as received.

Purpose

  • The video serves as proof of condition and contents at the time of delivery.
  • Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted to prevent fraudulent or incomplete claims.

Claim Submission

  • If a wrong, missing, or damaged item is found:
    • Contact Kreo Support within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Submit the unboxing video and a brief description of the issue.

Verification and Resolution

  • The Kreo team will review the video and verify the claim.
  • Upon validation, Kreo will issue a replacement, missing part shipment, or appropriate resolution based on company policy.

Exceptions

  • Claims made after 48 hours or without valid proof will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Physical damage, cracks, or dents.
  • Repairs by unauthorized persons.
  • Damage due to spills, extreme temperatures, moisture, voltage fluctuations.
  • Use of non-approved accessories or chargers.
  • We recommend using your laptop/PC for charging or any charger with 5V/2A at max.

Types of Warranty

  • 7 Days Replacement: Covers Dead on Arrival (DOA) products.
  • Under Warranty (UW): Covers repairs and replacements as per policy.
