Warranty Guidelines

In the event that you face any issues with your Kreo product, please contact us, and we will be delighted to help you.

This limited warranty is restricted strictly to the territorial boundaries of India and confers specific rights and remedies with regard to Kreo. Please read this document carefully. By making a claim under this Limited Warranty, it will be deemed you have understood and accepted all its terms and conditions.

  • The terms of the warranty are liable to change from time to time without any notice to customers as per market trends and management resolution.
  • The warranty services are limited to repair, or replacement of the product & are at the sole discretion of Kreo.
  • You can register a warranty service request under Contact Us> Register Complaint and our customer service team will contact you and attempt to troubleshoot the issue.
  • The warranty is limited only to the manufacturing/workmanship defects in the Product(s).
  • The warranty does not cover accessories and consumables, like Ball-heads, Pop filters, Phone mounts, chargers, batteries, desk mounts, cable, converter, other mountings, etc. In the event of repairs or replacement of any part(s), during the warranty period, the warranty of the Product(s) shall thereafter continue only for the unexpired / balance period of the original warranty.
  • Kreo warranty coverage shall be limited only to provide repairs & rectification of the fault reported. In case a replacement is provided, it will be done with an equivalent condition device only, with or without packaging & accessories.
  • Video or photo proofs of the issue are mandatory and will need to be provided by the customer before a warranty claim is processed
  • If the issue is not resolved over call or email, we will arrange to pick up the device from your address for repair or replacement. In case of non-availability of the reverse-pickup facility at your location, Kreo will request you to self-ship the product to our warehouse and share the tracking details with the Kreo customer service team. Kreo will not be responsible for any loss or damage during transit if you self-ship your product to us.
  • In case of product replacement within the warranty period, if the product is out of stock, an upgraded model of the equivalent price will be offered. The customer will not be eligible for a gift card or refund, and the warranty will continue as per the previous product purchase date.
  • While Kreo will make every effort to carry out repair at the earliest, we would like to make it expressly clear that we are under no obligation to do so in a specified period of time.

Warranty is not applicable in the following cases

  • The product is not operated according to the instructions given in the instruction manual.
  • The Product is physically damaged.
  • In case of any damage to the product, repair by unauthorised persons, product attacked or damaged by house pests, pets, rodents, accidental or incidental damage, spillage of any kind of liquid on the device, device subjected to extreme temperatures, atmospheric conditions, water logging in the product, non-specified charger usage, any kind of breaking or cutting of wires, improper or reckless use, defects developed by due to causes beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage or acts of God.
  • Any damage to the Product(s) arising out of the use of any accessories other than those supplied by Kreo.

Types of Warranty

  • 7 Days Replacement Period (Includes Dead on arrival (DOA))
    • User should raise a complaint under Contact Us> Register Complaint, and the Kreocare team will contact you for further details. Once the complaint is confirmed, the Kreocare team will collect it from your place in 3 Days.
    • User should submit such products in its intact packing/accessories and in brand new condition.
  • Under Warranty(UW)
    • The duration between the date of arrival and out of warranty is known as under warranty duration.
    • Users can get their product treated from Kreocare for any defect.
    • Under Warranty periods of Kreo products are mentioned above.
  • Out of Warranty(OOW)
    • When the duration of the warranty expires, the user can rectify the defect of the product under charges in this duration.
    • Repair must be carried out at Kreocare only.
