1. When can I expect the delivery of my product?

Once you receive the shipping confirmation, your package will be delivered within 3-5 business days. We are constantly working on getting your order delivered as soon as possible.

2. How do I track my order details?

An Email and an WhatsApp message with the tracking link will be sent once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. You can also track your order from your account on the website.

If you are an existing user, you can simply log in to your account and track your current and past order details. However, if you haven’t made an account and have signed in as a guest user - we advise you to create your account with the same guest user email ID.

Please note that it can take some time before the tracking information is uploaded.

3. What are the delivery charges?

Why does the lighting go off when I move the mouse?

This is a feature we have implemented to help conserve battery life giving you maximum usage time.

Why don’t the software changes get saved in Bluetooth Mode?

Changes made in the software currently can only be saved and used in either Wired or 2.4G mode.

Device is not getting detected or paired in Bluetooth mode

If the mouse is not detected for some reason in Bluetooth mode, you can initiate force pairing by pressing and holding the following button combo for 3s. (Left Click + Scroll Click + Right Click)

 What is the battery life?
  • When used in 2.4G Mode it is around 24hrs of usage time
  • When used in Bluetooth Mode it is around 30hrs of usage time
What is the latency for this mouse?
  • When used in 2.4G Mode it is between 10 - 20ms 
  • When used in Bluetooth Mode it is around 250ms
What is the charging indicator?

When the mouse is charging, the light in the scroll wheel will be blue in colour and when it is fully charged, it will go off.

How can I completely turn off the RGB Lighting?

The RGB Lighting can be completely turned off through the software, under the Lighting section.

Which switches are compatible with the Hive?

If your Hive keyboard has red keycaps, it is only hot-swappable with OUTEMU switches.

The newer variants of the Hive keyboard support both 3-pin and 5-pin hot-swappable switches.

How do I fix the swapped functionality of the Alt and Windows keys?

If your Alt and Windows keys are swapped, press Fn + S and Fn + A to revert them to their default functions.

How do I turn Scroll Lock on or off?

To toggle Scroll Lock on or off, press Fn + I.

What should I do if the Double Click or Switch isn't working on my Hive keyboard?

Start by resetting your keyboard by holding Fn + Esc for a few seconds. Then:

Remove the keycaps.

Clean the switches and PCB using a soft brush, cloth, or by blowing air.

If the issue persists, try swapping the switch with a different one to isolate the problem.

What is Turbo Mode and how does it work?

Turbo Mode allows a single button press to perform repeated actions automatically. When activated, holding or pressing the button triggers rapid, repeated inputs—ideal for games requiring fast button mashing.

How do I activate Turbo Mode?

Hold the Turbo button and press the desired button you want to assign for Turbo Mode. That button will now auto-repeat when held.

How do I adjust the speed of Turbo Mode?

Hold the Turbo button and move the right joystick up or down to cycle through speed options

Can I assign multiple buttons to Turbo Mode?

Yes! You can assign multiple buttons to Turbo Mode at the same time.

How do I remove a button from Turbo Mode?

Press Turbo + the same button again to disable Turbo for that specific button.

How do I reset Turbo Mode completely?

Hold the Turbo button for 5 seconds to reset all Turbo Mode settings.

How do I change the vibration settings?

Make sure the controller is connected via Bluetooth or USB. Then:
Hold the Turbo button.

Move the left joystick up or down to cycle through 4 intensity levels.

Release the Turbo button when you reach your desired intensity.

Note: Vibration works best on PS or when connected via wired mode.

How do I use the Macro function on Mirage?
  • Connect the controller to a PC or host device.
  • Hold the Profile (custom setting) key for 3 seconds. The RGB light under the PS key will flash.
  • Press M1 (or M2) to begin customization (LED will flash blue or purple respectively).
  • Press the sequence of keys you want to assign.
  • Press the key again to save and exit.
How do I clear a macro on M1 or M2?
  • Enter custom setting mode by holding the Profile key for 3 seconds.
  • Press M1 (or M2) to clear.
  • Then, press the Profile key again to exit.
How do I reset the Kreo Mirage controller?
  • Soft reset: Press and hold L3 + R3 + Home together for a few seconds.
  • Hard resetreset button through the small hole next to the M1 button on the back (while in wired mode).
What's the best way to use Mirage on PC?

In wired mode, switch to X Input for best compatibility with Windows games.

Install DS4 Windows software to:

  • Use the trackpad as a mouse.
  • Customize inputs.
  • Adjust dead zones.
  • Enable multiple controller support.

What if some games aren’t working in wireless mode?

Wireless mode uses D Input, which has limited compatibility with Windows. To fix this, launch the game through Steam, which can simulate X Input for improved compatibility.

 How do I set the camera to record at 60fps?

The Kreo OWL by default comes set at 30fps. To enable 60fps recording, ensure to check and select the desired FPS and Resolution in the respective software being used for recording.

 Is the headphone compatible with consoles?

Yes the Beluga 3.5mm is compatible with consoles and can be connected to the controller for usage.

What is the wire length?

The wire length is 1.5m and it is a braided wire.

REC

Does the REC come with a stand?

Yes there is an included desk stand straight out of the box.

What is the ANC feature?

ANC stands for “Active Noise Cancellation”, this can be used to reduce background / environmental noise which are at a distance when recording to give more emphasis to the lead voice or instrument that is the focus of the recording.

Can I use this mic for Skype or Zoom calls?

Yes definitely! The mic would work great for these calls and the added ANC function would also help reduce any background noise.

Kreo Pegasus

RGB not turning on

By default, the mouse comes with the RGB lighting turned off. The combo to turn lighting mode on/off is Press and hold the back button and the scroll click at the same time.

Jitter/Input lag

Please reset the mouse by removing the dongle and Pressing the left, right and centre/scroll buttons together till the light blinks. Then insert the dongle.
- Before this ensure that the plastic film on the mouse feet is removed
- There is not much interference between the dongle and the mouse (other wireless devices)
- Distance between the mouse and dongle should be less and there should be no obstacles between them ( use the given extender)

  • Any other issues get the product back for testing.
