The controller feels very premium for three price and haptics are immersive. It would've been better, if kreo sell the mobile clip for this controller

The controller is very good its have multiple connection options like if i want to change from PC to Nintendo i can do it by a single switch and it works perfectly whether it on dongle or wired or wireless and most importantly the in hand feel its almost like its made for my hands too good design and vibration is also good, its an xbox layout design so its also great and its provide Hall effect joystick and buttons thats great in this price range also the quality of buttons and joysticks are great. At the end it is the best controller i have till now
KREO SURGE XB is the best controller in this price range. It's my first time experiencing game via any controller and I find it very comforting to use and the joy stick and buttons build is best. The connectivity is good. Experience of the vibration is good. Overall it's the best experience for me.
Now I cant set back buttons on xbox cloud and configuration software, very much needed

Its awesome! One of the best gamepads I have tried so far. So far I am playing Spiderman 2 and its been amazing!
Build quality 8/10. Button quality 7/10 (RT/LT feel stiff). Battery 8/10. Vibration 9/10. Connection 7.5/10 (initial setup was tricky for a beginner). Overall, a reliable first experience and interested in future purchases.

On par with the official Xbox controller. Very good quality and design. I have no complains so far. Would recommend.
The product is okayish, but could have been better. Sometimes the haptics just stops working is the biggest flaw I've seen in this controller. It definitely is missing out on a software support.
It really has everything that you expect and need almost all the time.
The only missing aspect is the backlit keys when playing (and that too is a good to have, not a deal breaker)
This was a bday gift for my boyfriend and he loved it it was a very special time for us and i am just a teenager w a very small business and he loves games this was the best i could do for him and he loved it, we both love kreo.
