Why is the RGB lighting on my mouse not turning on?
By default, the mouse ships with RGB lighting turned off.
To toggle RGB lighting:
Press and hold the Back button + Scroll Click (middle button) at the same time to turn the lighting on or off.
How do I fix jitter or input lag on my Kreo mouse?
Follow these steps to reset and troubleshoot:
- Remove the dongle.
- Press and hold the Left Click + Right Click + Scroll Click together until the light blinks.
- Reinsert the dongle.
- Additional checks before resetting:
- Ensure the protective plastic film on the mouse feet has been removed.
- Minimize interference from other wireless devices.
- Keep the dongle close to the mouse with no obstacles in between.
- Use the included USB extender for optimal placement.
Best gaming mouse under 4k. Got it on my Birthday. Best gift ever very smooth slide, very light weight. Now im able to hit easy 1 taps on enemy Reyna in valorant. Best mouse in budget got the Wireless Variant
The mouse is a great fit for big hands.
The grip, sensor and the click are top notch. The wireless experience while playing competitive games at the top level were great. No lags or delays. The sensor feels quite responsive.
Would even go for a 4.5/5 rating for this one.
Few improvements like the mouse wheel and the battery backup would be a great upgrade for this one.
Overall, this is an awesome mouse even if you are a competitive gamer or producer, this product is going to be great.

Bought this Mouse last year 29th of April. Initially the mouse made me really happy. It's light weight, no creaking sound, mouse wheel is good. Click feedback is perfect. The issues start to come after 5-6 month. Whenever the mouse get connected to the wire for using of charging, RGB light switched on. And in App it shows that your mouse is being charged if charge was low. But everything stopped, no rgb light, if you switch off the wifi mode and try to use it in wired the app shows mouse is off. The app doesn't show the mouse is charging anymore. To use the mouse in wired mode, i have to keep mouse in the wifi mode aswell as well as the wire is connected. By that the mouse get charged aswell as i can use the mouse in wifi mode. After another 4 month issue came the battery life became low, now it can't hold the charge of the battery for 2hrs if gaming. Quality Control is not good i think, because there are issues in other customers product too as i heard. My another issue with this mouse as well as kreo. The mouse usb c port is only supported by the wire they provided. I had 4 usb c ports in my room neither of them can get connected to that mouse, because the charging port is so inside the mouse. So suppose someone losses the usb c wire they provided, the person has to find entire market to find a substitute USB c port that can get inside that gap to connect with the mouse.
