What do the Dual Mode triggers actually do, and when would I use each mode?
The triggers combine a Hall Effect analog sensor with a mechanical micro switch, and you can toggle between two modes on the fly without any tools. Short-throw (digital) mode turns the trigger into a near-instant click — perfect for FPS games where you want the fastest possible shot registration. Long-throw (analog) mode gives you the full travel distance for gradient control — ideal for racing games where you need to modulate acceleration and braking precisely. Really happy with the Kreo Surge Ultra controller the vibrations feel premium and the build quality is top notch and the gyros work surprisingly well on pc just wish for maybe a controller software or new face plates with different colours maybe but overall the controller is goated

Product was good i I had fun unboxing it till I found out it was missing USB connect and i was sad tried to reach out customer service but didn’t reached to any conclusion
The controller is sturdy, has good grip and good haptics. The XYAB buttons are lit and are transparent, feel a bit plastics, maybe it could have had some grip on it too , cos sometimes your hands get sweaty and on such plastic you might feel uncomfortable to navigate around . But other than that wonderful product, there are a lot of features to cater to your gaming needs and it is easy to connect and pair it to get go. The charge has stayed for idk how many days now. It's just too good in that factor.
Overall a must for anyone looking for a controller, just go for it . Worth the money !

It's really good and responsive I just have a problem that it does support wireless charging but the company doesn't give out a wireless charging dock for it which makes the whole wireless charging thing useless for it and I really hope to see some new skins for the controller from the company. I would buy one for each game tbh

Controller shuruaat mei accha tha pr abhi uske buttons X,Y wale dheere se press karne par ek ajeeb ajeeb friction wali sound aati hai jo bahut cheap lgti hai tbh idk ye kyu hota hai par hota hai and 2 controller liye the dono mei same hai
