Looks good and feels okay but Missing parts(head rest cover)

Addition their Customer Care support is great ... because I brought the Actus Gaming Chair for ₹ 22099.00 and within 10 days the price drops to ₹17999.00 for Diwali Sale.. in Flipkart. So, i just Email the Customer care about the fact.. then boom.. these guys just Refund me ₹ 4000.00 immediately without any question.
So, From my own experience .. You can definitely go for this chair.
This guy is just simply amazing, like yess amazing, really really impressed by the looks, and boy ohh boy the comfort, madddd shit.
Perfect chair, perfect price, everything is just perfect in this chair.
The whole thing is the best but in pictures they mentioned 3 reclining positions but this chair only did 2 upto 130°. I tried alot but it never goes to. This is just a feedback.
