1. Warranty Coverage

  • Warranty Period: 400 days from the date of purchase.
  • Proof of Purchase Required: You must keep your purchase invoice or order confirmation to claim warranty service.

2. What is Covered

Manufacturing Defects:

  • Surface issues affecting functionality (bubbling, uneven texture, material defects)
  • Stitching problems (unraveling edges, loose or broken stitching)
  • Layer separation (surface layer detaching from base layer)
  • Cracked base failure (natural rubber or foam base cracking or breaking)
  • Mouse sensor tracking issues: Covered only within the first 24 hours of use. Tracking issues reported after 24 hours are not covered under warranty.

3. What is Not Covered

Normal Wear and Tear:

  • Stains, fading from heavy use, or loss of texture over time
  • Scratches, dents, chips, scuffs, stains, marks, and minor cosmetic abnormalities that do not affect functionality

Liquid and Environmental Damage:

  • Damage from spills, submersion, or moisture exposure
  • Sweat damage or humidity-related issues
  • Water damage from improper cleaning methods

Improper Use or Abuse:

  • Excessive pressure or aggressive scrubbing
  • Improper cleaning methods or use of harsh chemicals
  • Damage from impact, drops, or crushing
  • Damage from exposure to direct sunlight or heat sources
  • Damage from ironing on the surface of the mousepad

User Modification or Customization:

  • Any unauthorized modification or customization performed by non-authorized personnel
  • Alterations to the original design or structure

Unauthorized Products:

  • Products that are used, refurbished, gifted, won in contests, or bought from unauthorized sellers are not covered
  • Products purchased without valid proof of purchase from authorized channels

4. Warranty Claims Process

  • Provide proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)
  • Describe the defect or issue in detail with photographic evidence if applicable
  • Provide product details including model number and serial number (if applicable)

  • Additional information or photos may be requested for assessment
  • The brand will determine if the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect

Step 3: Resolution

  • If the defect is approved, the brand will replace the mousepad
  • The final decision on warranty claims is made by the brand
  • Replacement processing time will be communicated by customer support
  • Refunds are not provided; only replacement units are offered for approved warranty claims

5. Mousepad Care Instructions

Proper care ensures the longevity and performance of your mousepad. Follow these guidelines:

Cleaning Guidelines:

  • Do not machine wash mousepads with natural rubber base
  • Clean gently using a soft brush, mild washing soap, or liquid detergent
  • Use lukewarm water for cleaning (not hot water)
  • Avoid harsh scrubbing or strong chemicals that may damage the surface
  • Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue

Drying Instructions:

  • Let it air-dry in a well-ventilated area
  • Do not expose directly to sunlight during drying
  • Do not use a dryer or heat source to speed up drying
  • Ensure the mousepad is completely dry before use

Maintenance Tips:

  • Do not iron on the surface of the mousepad
  • Store in a cool, dry place when not in use
  • Avoid folding or creasing the mousepad
  • Keep away from sharp objects that may damage the surface
  • The printed design will not fade during washing when cleaned properly

6. Terms and Conditions

  • Warranty is non-transferable unless formally processed with the brand
  • The brand reserves the right to make the final judgment on warranty claims after examination
  • This warranty does not cover consequential damages or indirect losses
  • The brand reserves the right to modify warranty terms without prior notice
  • All warranty claims must be made within the 400-day warranty period
