How Kreo Evaluates Pixel Defects
Pixel defect inspection will be done using simple and practical review conditions:
- The monitor must be running at its native resolution.
- The panel should be checked using standard solid-color test backgrounds.
- The issue must be visible during normal indoor use.
- Review will be based on normal viewing distance, not an unusually close inspection.
Kreo may ask for photos or videos during claim review, and may conduct an in-person or service-center inspection before approving replacement.
