The plastic used is of very poor quality..
Fans are very weak they don't give much Air flow..
And the middle fan was defective,
Though the design,size and angles it provides is good .. but sadly it was of very poor quality.
Even the mouse the middle wheel was getting stuck in left mouse button..
Cooler is very good got stickers also & very well packed
Bought it as my laptop heats up very very fast works very well & cools it down
Fits in my budget so i bought it for my thinkpad works well does the job

It's good and all, I got no problems with it.
Best laptop cooler in this price range! It reduced my laptop's temperature by around 3–5°C, which has noticeably improved its performance during heavy usage. The cooling efficiency is excellent, and the RGB lighting looks fantastic. It also offers multiple RGB modes, making it look even more premium. Overall, it's a great value for the price and highly recommended.

Cooling pad working so effectively. After using it during gaming it drops the temperature upto 10-17 degree

It did reduce heating problem completely from my hp laptop,it's lightning presets are good , in future I would like to control it through my laptop directly as well, it's worth buying

Everything, I was having doubts initially about laptop coolers initially, but decided to give it a go and return it if I dint see any difference, but I did, my laptop gets cooled faster, and the build quality is awesome, although I'd like to see a slightly higher fan speed tho, but overall the product is awesome, happy with all my purchases from Kreo as well
