I liked this because its support my back nicely but i missing that it's not going 180° fully back like my previous Green Soul Chair.

Addition their Customer Care support is great ... because I brought the Actus Gaming Chair for ₹ 22099.00 and within 10 days the price drops to ₹17999.00 for Diwali Sale.. in Flipkart. So, i just Email the Customer care about the fact.. then boom.. these guys just Refund me ₹ 4000.00 immediately without any question.
So, From my own experience .. You can definitely go for this chair.
This guy is just simply amazing, like yess amazing, really really impressed by the looks, and boy ohh boy the comfort, madddd shit.
I have bought Actus V2 in February 2026 and writing this review after one week of purchase. The delivery and installation provided by Kreo was very bad. I had to follow up multiple times via chat.
About the chair :
1) Seat comes back in original position. Seat slider works but doesnt hold the adjustment.
2) Neck support doesnt remain in adjusted position. Comes back with minimum force.
3) Lumbar support doesnt remain in place. I keep adjusting it but it comes back as soon as I sit on chair. Adjustment doesn't work at all.
4) Chair base makes noise while moving.
For the price of 13999, the product and service is way below standard. Would not recommend based on my experience.

Chair is very good and coustmer support also very good only giveing 4 star becuse there was a part missing inside the box but after talking with the customer support they delivered it but what if it was a big item they were ask for a unboxing video that I dont have becuse usually I dont record becuse its not a thing in dubai I've never record it but in india I think its good becuse of fraud people for next time I am also keep it in my mind to record a video for some expensive item thanx
It's a waste of money. No comfort at all.
I bought this chair from Kreo, and I’m extremely disappointed. The quality is very poor, and it’s not comfortable at all. Sitting on it for a short time causes tailbone pain, which makes it completely unsuitable for long use. If you’re looking for comfort, this is not the right choice. You’re better off buying a chair worth ₹6k from the market—it will be far more comfortable and better quality. This chair is a total waste of money.

The lumbar support keeps sliding down, even after asking the customer support they didn’t reply.
The arm support is so loose that you can’t put your arms on it, as it will turn with just a touch.
The chair itself is super nice and feels premium but the delivery service is what makes me not recommend to anyone.
There is issue with the space. Over all it is good and the lumber support keep sliding

The whole thing is the best but in pictures they mentioned 3 reclining positions but this chair only did 2 upto 130°. I tried alot but it never goes to. This is just a feedback.
