Why is the RGB lighting on my mouse not turning on?
By default, the mouse ships with RGB lighting turned off.
To toggle RGB lighting:
Press and hold the Back button + Scroll Click (middle button) at the same time to turn the lighting on or off.
How do I fix jitter or input lag on my Kreo mouse?
Follow these steps to reset and troubleshoot:
- Remove the dongle.
- Press and hold the Left Click + Right Click + Scroll Click together until the light blinks.
- Reinsert the dongle.
- Additional checks before resetting:
- Ensure the protective plastic film on the mouse feet has been removed.
- Minimize interference from other wireless devices.
- Keep the dongle close to the mouse with no obstacles in between.
- Use the included USB extender for optimal placement.

Good mouse , sensor etc , HORRIBLE SCROLL WHEEL ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE WORSE THAN MY 200 RUPEES MOUSE DOSENT WANT TO MOVE , NEEDS EXTREME PRESSURE I HATE IT
This is not a bad review just single that I find bother some apart from this awesome product.
It works as intended when wired no issues but when it is in bluetooth mode, there is 1 second lag when moving the mouse (I'm not talking about eneregy saving feature when the mouse is not used and it goes sleep).
This lag could be due to dual screens but still it is there and kind of dismisses the use of wireless mode.
