- Kreocare reserve the right to deny the repair of an outdated model in case of spare unavailability till further confirmation.
- Out of warranty & Critical cases will be accepted for repair only and under condition bases, i.e. if the product can’t be repaired, it will be returned back to the customer.
- Kreocare reserves the right to retain the defective spare removed from the user product against the fresh spare placed by Kreocare. It is for e-waste recycling and due to environmental concerns.
- For out-of-warranty parts/out-of-warranty products, the customer has to pay logistics charges, which will be communicated.
- Any disputes arising out of the warranty shall be settled at the courts of Delhi.
- The customer confirms that the description of the fault is accurate and that no other fault(s) exist to the best of his / her knowledge. Kreo cannot be held responsible for non-servicing / non-rectification of faults not specifically declared/pointed out at the time of request for repair and/or service.
- Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
- Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of India or other regulatory authority.
